1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:
You received the wrong item or size.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
The item does not match the description provided.
Note: Custom-made and personalized items (such as engraved jewelry) are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
A request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
